Silma is born and raised in Puerto Rico and lives in the town of Isabela in the Westside of Puerto Rico.  Silma is a Certified Puerto Rico Tour Guide and is a Certified Interpreter by National Association of Interpreters. Also she has a Bachelors Degree in Art and Painting.
